Your appointment dates, services and artist will be secured when the signed contract and deposit have been received. All bookings for weddings are made on a “first-come-first-served” basis. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit.


2.

Minimum Requirements: For on location weddings, some of our artists require a minimum number services. We will discuss any minimum requirements during our initial call with you.


3.

Trial Appointment: A trial appointment is available if you desire. To set up your trial appointment, please let us know during our initial call and we will include you in a group text with your artist to schedule at a time that works best for everyone. Trial pricing varies depending upon artist.  Payment for service is due on date of trial appointment. Trial appointment fees are paid directly to the artist and is not included in the Agency contract. All other fees are paid through the Agency.

Additional Fees

  • Hair must be clean and completely dry before beginning hairstyle or a $25 fee will be added for blowdrying.

  • A travel fee of $50 per stylist per hour away from their location is required.

  • Hotel accommodations may be required depending on location and time.

  • Additional fees will apply if your ready time is prior to 7:30AM..

  • Prices are subject to change depending on detail or tools needed to perform service.


5.

Payment: Our policy for groups is that all services are paid through one invoice due 4 weeks prior to wedding date or due immediately if booked within 4 weeks of event date. Prices do not include gratuity.
